Thesis deals with the relevant scientific and technical problem of increasing the accuracy of determination of deviations from the individual-reference position of segments of the spine and the parameters of the motor functions of the human lower limbs during rehabilitation after injury through the use of newly developed information technology assessment of the musculoskeletal system of the person, allows to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of carrying out medical teaching activities and can be used in the rehabilitation period, and as a preventive measure. Developed methods for determining the location of the element-wise and direction of displacement of the segments of the spine from the reference position allows to obtain the coordinates of the deviations of each of the controlled segments of the spine. Proposed method of recording the resultant forces due to which the resultants of loads are defined for each of the lower limb and the exact place of application, allows to investigate the real-time dynamic support ability and the process of walking. The concept, which generalizes the methodology for determining the state of the musculoskeletal system of the person who establishes a connection between the source (reference) and the current state and determines the level and direction of deviation in a form convenient for the doctor.
