Essay

The dissertation thesis is devoted to the elucidation of the general laws of glyphosate exposure (preparation "Roundup") on fish, changes in the morphological and biochemical levels of the organism, researching the viability Cyprinus carpio in the early stages of ontogenesis, mikrobocenoses state fish of all ages, followed by detection indicator data for the evaluation of toxic pollution hydroecosystems by statistical analysis methods. Determined morphological changes in the carp body, significant fluctuations of the studied hematological and biochemical parameters of fish, significant reduction in the viability of caviar and in duration of embryogenesis violation Cyprinus carpio at different range of concentrations of glyphosate in water (from 0,01 to 80 dm3). Established that the toxicity of glyphosate to larvae depends on the concentration of toxicant in water, duration of exposure and effects on the body of the previous action (during embryogenesis). Most sensitive to the preparation "Roundup" were larvae.
