Sosnovska O. The forming and the applying of the external foreign economic potential of border regions

In the thesis the author examines the peculiarity of the forming of foreign economic potential of regional economic system in case of border regions. The summary of theoretical and methodological aspects of foreign economic activity was conducted in terms of increasing integration processes. The author analyzes the effectiveness of foreign economic activity of regional economies, suggests the ways of export and import operations activation, the attraction of foreign direct investments, and studies the characteristics of cross-border relations in Ukrainian regions with following the author's own methodological approaches to the definition of the foreign economic potential of the border regions
