Essay

The thesis is devoted to upgrading ACS of coaldust TPP boilers inertial cir-cuits by using extra parallel channel of dynamic correction that improves perfor-mance without reducing the stability of the system when the object parameters changing. Identification of the 300 MW boilers steam temperature regulation loop was performed, mathematical models in the form of transfer functions for a load range from 225 to 300 MW were obtained. It is shown that standard ACS with PI regulator is not able to provide the required quality of regulation at the load changes.A new controller structure with dynamic corrector and methods of its tuning were developed. Software for simulation and optimal tuning of ACS was developed. Boiler unit ACS for inertial loops was upgraded by applying controller with dynamic corrector. Comparisons of transitional processes for systems with dynamic corrector and PI controllers are shown. The solutions of dissertation implemented at the Tripoli TPP power unit.
