Essay

The thesis deals with developing of the methods for modeling of transient processes in tribosystem at the design stage of new machines. Substantiated and chosen the method of acoustic emission (AE) for the study of transient processes in tribosystems. For determining the maximum values of the wear rate during the transient process and steady-state value after the completing of the transient process, informative parameters were determined - amplitude of the dispersion and spectral power of AE signals. Designed the structure of the method of mathematical simulation of transient processes in the tribosystem consisting of consecutively executed blocks. Method allows to identify the resource and mechanical friction losses of the designed tribosystems without preliminary experiments. At the same time, the resource of the tribosystems determined taking into account the wear for wear-in. Method allows to determine the optimal mode of wear-in and subsequent operation of the designed tribosystems.
