Essay

Influence of the heat treatment physical-technological parameters (temperature, duration and atmosphere) on the structure, phase compound and magnetic properties of films compositions with layers of Pt, Fe, Ag metals and Fe50Pt50 alloy have been investigated. Conducted investigations allowed to create recommendations for the thermal stabilization of the L10-FePt phase grains size, grains orientation control, L10-FePt phase formation temperature decrease, films surface roughness minimization, L10-FePt phase coercivity increase.
