Essay

The present thesis deals with the ways to improve the efficiency of the functionality of the space geomonitoring for the assessment of the state of the environment of urban areas based on the system methods and models. The methodology of multicriteria optimization for the assessment of the ecological state of the urbanized territories on the example of Kyiv is improved by forming creating a complex criterion. Multifractal model of the city is developed and structure of urban landscape components described for the first time. Using methods of the fractal analysis, research of variability of territories of Kyiv was execute by calculation of the socialized dimensions of Dq during 1984-2013. The model of system dynamics of Forrester - Graham is modified by means of assimilation of information of space geomonitoring and introduction of the generalized criterion of a state of environment. Modeling is execute and for the first time received estimation of the condition of environment of the city of Kiev until 2025 based on remotely sensed data. The Adaptive Balance of Causes model (ABC-method) is developed and the assessment of impact on the condition of environment of various urban landscape components is execute.
