Essay

PhD thesis is devoted to the complex research of theoretical and practical problems in wage formation as the main resource in modernization of the human potential of region. The author's method of evaluating of the investment capability of the wage has been worked out that allow to investigate, how the investment component of the wages changes in the structure of incomes in Ukrainian region. The investment component of the wages can be directed on the development and reproduction of the human potential. Conceptual bases of modernization wages as the main investment resource in human potential development of the region have been worked out.
