Essay

The thesis highlights a new approach towards functional efficiency enhancement of computer-aided diagnostic system for revealing oncological pathologies and cardiovascular diseases by digital medical images. The approach relies on a new information-extreme method of synthesis and functional efficiency analysis of computer-aided diagnostic system. Developing the complex of mathematical models, functional efficiency criterions and computer-aided diagnostic system learning parameters optimization algorithms along with implementing this complex with linear and hierarchical data structure enable enhancing the functional efficiency of computer-aided diagnostic system. Suggested method of cluster-analysis of input data for a hierarchical structure made it possible to automate processing and input sampling by digital medical images.
