Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to researching the features of the heart remodeling under cardiomyopathy which is induced by oncologic pathology by methods of complex morphological research. We have determined that there are significant changes of macro- and micrometrical parameters of heart, its decompensation and dilatation types of heart remodeling under oncological endogenous intoxication. In experimental model of endogenous intoxication the expression of changes depends on the duration of experiment and appears like alteration changes of cardiomyocytes under hemodynamics disorders. We are interpreted them as manifestations of dismetabolic cardiomyopathy.
