Essay

The task of principles, structure and system developing of the iron ore flotation adaptive control using a control action based on the high-energy ultrasound, which is formed by ultrasonic phased arrays, which provides the formation and support of the pulp gas phase bubble size distribution, which corresponds to the of pulp solid phase particle size distribution is resolved. The dependences of the gas bubbles size on the intensity and frequency of high-energy ultrasound during its propagation in heterogeneous medium, including liquid, solid and gas phase considering changing its shape, flow rate, surface tension, density and viscosity of the medium and the physical properties its shell are determined. Industry - automation of management processes (technical sciences).
