Essay

The object of study - normal operation of electrical systems of coal mines; research objective - cost optimization of electricity electrical complex coal mines by improving methods of forecasting energy consumption, with features teaches the basic equipment and the results of the monitoring operation. Methods: expertise and principal components - for the selection of informative factors of power consumption of the object of the study; cluster analysis methods - for ordered sets of input data; Artificial Neural Networks - for building regression models of power consumption of coal mines; Bord's count - for the evaluation of the level of power consumption efficiency of coal mines. Theoretical results - first proposed method for optimizing a plurality of parameters of the mathematical model of the complex electrical power consumption of the coal mines, which, in contrast to the known uses procedure for selection of informative factors based on expert-statistical sampling and the method of principal components, and minimizes the number of independent parameters of the model without deteriorating its accuracy, as well as to adapt the model for scheduling mode power consumption; first proposed method to identify homogeneous classes of specific power consumption of electrical systems of coal mines, which, in contrast to the known, is based on a combination of classification methods Czekanowski and hierarchical cluster analysis and allows defining targets for individual classes of mining enterprises, reduce the amount of computation and provide adequacy of planned evaluations of systems of power consumption of coal mines; first proposed a method of forecasting electricity electrotechnical complexes coal mines, which, in contrast to the known, using the neural network model takes into account operability complex as well as its influencing process parameters, thus reducing the prediction error and ensure the adequacy of the data to generate estimates of planned efficiency of the complexes. Bottom line - developed algorithms for the estimation of power consumption of electrical complex coal mines, which provide the possibility of accounting for the influence of process parameters; developed a set of logical rules of ranking that improve the process of determining the rating of individual coal mines in homogeneous classes of electrical systems according to the criterion of the specific energy consumption; developed an algorithm for reproducing the characteristics of electrical power consumption of the complex coal mines on the basis of neural network models, which reduces the error forecasting model. The degree of implementation - the results of the projects implemented in the Research Institute of Automation and Energy, "Energy" (the act of 11.26.2013), and in the educational process of Lutsk National Technical University. Sector (industry) use - power engeniring.
