Essay

The object of research is the process of improving information security in emergency computerized information control system. The subject of research is the method of dynamic allocation of access and antivirus protection of data. The goal of research: to increase the information security of emergency computerized information control systems based on dynamic allocation of access to the resources of the cloud antivirus systems. The research methods: Methods of the graphs theory (Markov chains) and biological reproduction theory; methods of mathematical and simulation modeling, methods of mathematical statistics; methods of probability theory, communication theory, queuing theory. Theoretical and practical results consist in possibility of applying the proposed method to the distribution and access virus protection of data in the emergency computerized information control system software development. The scientific novelty consists in the development of access distribution method to the cloud antivirus systems resources, which differs from the known ones by taking into account the relative prioritization of data packets, and dynamic resource reservation for transmission of specific signatures during high network load. Degree of implementation: Detachment of rescue operations service (Kharkiv), Trans-Techno-Service LTD (Kharkiv). The sphere of use: design or modernization of the data protection systems in computerized information control systems; educational process.
