Essay

The object of study - the process of grinding various groups of materials with diamond circles on polymeric and ceramic bonds. The aim - to improve efficiency of diamond grinding tools for polymer and ceramic links by selecting a rational structure, physical and mechanical properties of diamond layer. Methods and apparatus of study: numerical modeling and destruction tusks solution, methods of mathematical analysis, using a white light interferometer, hardness testers, grinding equipment, profilometer. Theoretical and practical results: a number of recommendations on the structure and properties of diamond layer discs and polymer-ceramic bond with shlifuanni different groups of materials. The novelty: A rational approach to the selection of characteristics of diamond wheels on polymeric and ceramic links and a method improving the mechanical properties of metallic bonds and cover nanodiamond grains by applying a modifier. Degree of implementation: implemented in the enterprise for the production of diamond krhiv LLC "Instayl" during the usage phase of circles in processing carbide. Scope: results of the companies used for engineering industry.
