Object of research - information-measuring controls system of the coal dust concentration in coal mine atmosphere. The purpose - improving the coal dust concentration meter by increasing the speed and accuracy of the measuring system of air and gas monitoring in the protection of mines due to the microprocessor system of the particulate composition evaluation of coal dust based compensation and external destabilizing factors mine atmosphere. The dissertation is devoted to the development of methods and means of accuracy and speed increasing of the airborne dust concentration measuring instrument in the atmosphere of coal mines based on the two-beam optical absorption control method with common open optical channel taking into account the influence of the main destabilizing factors of the mine atmosphere. The mathematical model of optical absorption measuring instrument of the coal dust concentration is designed. The method of hardware temperature instability compensation of output signals of the two optical measuring channels is proposed by using an additional closed optical channel, thus reducing the measurement error constituents of dust concentration caused by temperature changes. The structure of the microprocessor IMS of dust concentration control in the atmosphere of coal mines is synthesized and substantiated, the operation algorithm is developed. The model sample of two-beam optical absorption airborne dust concentration measuring instrument is designed. The laboratory stand is designed - the dust chamber for investigation and evaluation of the metrological characteristics of the developed dust concentration measuring instrument.
