Essay

The object of study is the process of machining worm wheel gears with concave profile round worm. Purpose - to improve the accuracy of machining worm wheels for gears with concave profile round worm with simultaneous localization and improved as a percentage of the total mark the contact surfaces of teeth of the worm gear. Methods were based on theoretical studies which are based on: gears theory, the theory of reflection affine space theory of design cutting tool, the mathematical theory of multivariate experimental design; and experimental - with the latest equipment and measuring machines Karl Zeiss CONTURA G2. The thesis is devoted to current scientific and technical tasks, increasing accuracy machining worm wheels for gears with concave profile round worm through the use of new design worm mills divided into three parts height profile instrumental track. Analysis of forming worm wheels worm gears with concave profile round worm. A method to improve the accuracy of the worm wheel gear concave profile round worm with simultaneous localization and improved as a percentage of the total mark the contact surfaces of teeth in the worm gear. The influence of parameters worm mills divided profile and number of passes for precision machining. The design worm mills and Rational tool options.
