Essay

Object of research - multichannel images obtained by different aerospace RS IFS. Goal of research - improving of noise characteristics evaluation accuracy on images obtained by multichannel RS systems. Methods of research - methods of stochastic processes processing, methods of spectral, correlation and regression analisys, methods of robust signal parameters evaluation and nonlinear filtering. Practical value - algorithmic software allowing application of suggested methods for specific practical tasks is developed. Novelty - the additive noise variance estimation method based on iterative procedure of DCT-coefficients distribution analisys is proposed; the method for noise correlation presense and level evaluation is proposed; the method for noise variance estimation in spartial domain using robust local scale estimates is proposed; the scatter-plot method of mixed noise parameters evaluation is improved. Level of integration - industrial. Area of using - RS data processing.
