The theoretical generalization and solve scientific tasks for improving diagnosis of liver pathology mortinatus and newborns in cases of placental insufficiency because of the villi maturation. The scientific study uses morphological methods: morphometric, histochemical, immunohistochemical, fluorescent and statistical methods. The practical significance is to establish morphometric and stromal-parenchymal characteristics of liver in cases of placental insufficiency.
