Essay

The subject of research - the process of heating billets and automatic control system (ACS) for heating chamber furnace. The aim is to develop ACS for heating billets in pulsed mode, which allows increasing the efficiency of the furnace chamber by simultaneous changes in fuel supply groups burners. PhD thesis a solution is given important scientific and practical task of building ACS for heating billets in pulsing mode flow of coolant into the chamber furnace, which provides synchronous operation of groups of burners that can increase the efficiency of the furnace chamber by reducing the gas consumption and improve quality heating of billets. On the basis of the finite difference method mathematical model and file program for solving the problem of the internal heat transfer is developed, the boundary conditions third types are obtained by averaging the signals from the temperature sensors group by synchronous detection. A block-oriented Simulink-model ACS for heating billets for prediction control parameters in pulsing mode flow of coolant is developed and investigated, structure and a set of technical means to implement the ACS in pulsing mode flow of coolant into the chamber furnace are proposed. The method of synchronizing control for the synthesis of ACS in pulsing mode flow of coolant into the chamber furnace, based on the definition of the matching of the coefficient matrix to maintain the regulated ratio "gas-air". A physical model of the chamber furnace is developed and patented and rational switching range burners into in pulsing mode flow of coolant into the chamber furnace was set.
