Object of research - wear processes occurring in the contact zone of working surfaces biconvex-concave (BCC) teeth bevel gear. The goal of research - improving resource bevel gear teeth with BCC by selecting rational parameters of engagement based on the modeling of the teeth working surfaces wear. Methods of research - theoretical mechanics, strength of materials, finite element, differential and integral calculus, methods of laser scanning, finite elements. Theoretical and practical results: created a theoretical description of the process of engagement and wear biconvex-concave teeth bevel gears for the effects of changes in the profile of the lateral surface of the teeth in the process of wear on the geometry of the transmission parameters (radii of curvature profiles), its kinematics (speed rolling and sliding) and durability (normal force engagement, contact and bending stresses). The technique of experimental determination of wear BCC teeth bevel gear, which is based on the method of laser scanning. The technique of forecasting resource bevel gear with BCC teeth in their design. Based on the methodology developed a program of choice of rational parameters of engagement, the use of which will increase transmission resource 1,93 times. The novelty consists in the establishment of analytical relationships between the coefficients and wear offset module, number of teeth of gears and wheels, width of the ring gear, which allow reasonably choose rational parameters of engagement (by the durability of transmission) to increase their share. Degree of integration: results of the thesis are introduced at PJSA Rutchenkovskiy plant "Gormash", LLC "Konstantinovsky factory mechanical equipment", SPPE "Stanko" and in the educational process of the department of fundamentals of machine design DONNTU. Scope - machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
