The thesis is dedicated to improvement of photopolymer flexographic printing plates manufacturing process through the use of heterophase solvent for forms washout and the washing out separator machine with a new design for solvent regeneration. We developed a device that allows high efficiency separation of solvent - polymer mixture of heterophase solvent according to conditions of photopolymer plates washout in the process of printing plates manufacturing.
