This thesis deals with studying the regularity of modifying parameters of the semiconductor Lead Telluride crystals by small doses of the rare earth impurity of Europium, on the basis of which were demonstrated the possibilities of the direct modifying the physical properties of the semiconductor crystals by using the doping impurities of the chemical elements with the vividly exhibited magnetic and getter properties.
