Essay

The object of research are preparations of microbiological synthesis (methanogens), rotary-disc evaporator. The aim of the work is to conduct comprehensive studies of the process of dehydration (concentration) thermolabile microbiological materials under anaerobic conditions in a rotor-disk evaporator and development on this basis of energy-saving technologies and equipment for the production of concentrates methanogens. Research methods are experimental methods using measuring instruments and laboratory equipment; statistical data processing; methods of physical and mathematical modeling of fluid flow and heat and mass transfer, implemented with the help of modern computer packages. The overall results of the work: (a) - provides a method for concentrating heat-labile anaerobic methanogens in a rotary evaporator disc for intensification and optimization of biogas plant; (b) - experimentally demonstrated the possibility of producing liquid concentrates methanogens on the bench equipment, the basic unit of which is rotary-disc evaporator, a heat-sensitive anaerobic conditions with minimal shear stresses; (c) - suggested hardware-technological production line of liquid concentrates methanogens to intensify work biogas plant; (d) - The mathematical and computer models of the distribution of temperature fields on the surface of the disk heads, the mechanism of formation of a liquid film on the surface of the disk packing and distribution of shear stresses along the surface of the disk heads, allowing to determine the optimal concentration of the initial parameters of the process in a rotor-disc film evaporator and can be used in the design of the poster and industrial equipment of other sizes and performance; (e) - worked out the optimal modes of operation of the equipment for dewatering of heat-sensitive materials in anaerobic conditions and prepared technological instructions methanogens produce concentrates; (f) - to develop and improve the design of equipment for dewatering heat-sensitive materials under anaerobic conditions (Obtain a patent for the invention of Ukraine №105884). The results of the research have been implemented: (a) - on the Consulting Ltd. Research and Production Enterprise "Iodine", at the design stage prototypes of products in the construction of mathematical models of fluid flow and heat transfer in a rotor-disc film evaporators (Kiev); (b) - NTUU "KPI" the introduction of a universal drying stand dewatering heat-sensitive materials in the learning process of preparation of liquid concentrates methanogens (Kiev).
