Gorbatova Y. The priority selection of the tourism industry in the Crimea

The object of research is process of tourism development in Crimea. The purpose of research is development of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the choice of priority directions of tourism development in Crimea. Methods of research are systematic approach; logical analysis; graphical method; structural-comparative analysis; target-oriented approach; taxonomic analysis; matrix method; analysis and synthesis. Methodological approach to the justification of the priority directions of tourism industry development in the region which takes into account compliance quality health services to the specific climatic conditions of the region; assessment of the target programs quality for the development of the tourism industry in the regions of Ukraine on the basis of the generalized integral index which includes expediency, coherence by hierarchy levels, structural compliance, scientific validity, feasibility, consistency, methodical approach to assessing the quality of tourist services which is based on the specific characteristics of services in the tourism industry such as accommodation, water, pubs, sports and recreational facilities, service facilities, treatment are received further development. Determination of the content for "tourist service" concept which includes representatives of the tourism industry medical and recreational facilities; classification recreation zones of the Crimea on the basis of profiling medical institutions which gives the ability to restrict the flow of tourists in accordance with medical recommendations for each group of diseases and improve the quality of tourist services in the region are improved.
