Essay

The object of research is the process of innovation industrial complex creation in the region in terms of innovations diffusion. The purpose of research is development of theoretical and methodological support and applied aspects of innovative susceptible formation for regional industrial complex in terms of innovations diffusion. The methods of research are analysis and synthesis, morphological analysis, questionnaires, expert analysis, method of hierarchies analysis, method of paired comparisons, correlation and regression analysis, abstract and logical analysis. Methodological approach to formation of the regional innovation industrial complex which is included the provision of innovative susceptible representatives; organizational support for structure formation of cluster-based innovation active representatives of the regional industrial complex; methodical approach to assessment innovation representative of the regional industrial complex, which is based on expert evaluation of the sensitivity of organizational and management structure for innovation are received further development. Methodical process of forming the regional innovation policy which is based on the positioning of Ukraine regions in terms of "innovative products volume in the region - investment in innovation"; definition of the category "innovative susceptibility of the regional industrial complex representative" which is considered as a specialized innovative resource in the region providing priority to the passage of the innovation and information flows are improved. Research results are used in the activities of the Department of Economics and International Relations of Kharkiv Regional State Administration (certificate No 10-23-4/459 from 14.08.2012) and National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" (certificate from 04.04.2012).
