Marchuk O. Forming and development of the regional innovative cluster structures

The goal - to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and guidelines of the formation and development of innovative cluster structures to improve the competitiveness of the regions of Ukraine. The object of study - the process of clustering at the regional level, the impact on the innovative development of the region. Methods: dialectical method of cognition and surveillance - to form a concept study of the problem and clarify the research object; analysis, synthesis and comparison - to determine the current state of prerequisites for the formation and development of innovative cluster structures in the regions of Ukraine, the disclosure content and refinement of scientific concepts; systems approach - to model and develop methodologies to study the basic concepts of study, choice of main indicators to measure the prerequisites of innovation cluster structures; convolution method, Rankings - to determine the individual regions in the economic environment; statistical methods of analysis - to assess the level of innovation and regional development prerequisites of development and innovation cluster structures in the regions of Ukraine; graphics and graphics-metric analysis - to show results and main provisions of the research. For the first time the influence of interacting participants innovation cluster structures on the process of generation, financing, development and use of new knowledge. Improved: concepts and terminology, including the meaning of "innovation cluster region"; approach to the selection of features clusters; - Methodical approach to the analysis and evaluation of the preconditions of formation and development of innovative cluster structures at the regional level; methodical approach to study the effectiveness of cluster formation and development at the regional level. We got further development: approaches to the formation of modern innovation and cluster policy; systematization benefits that participants receive from the sale of cluster conceptual model of the innovation cluster-based industrial park. The main results of the study have been used in the development of the author (in working groups) documents and projects: "Regional Programme of research and innovative development for 2009-2013", "Concept of innovation infrastructure of Volyn region" and the "Strategy of economic and social development of Volyn region 2020 "(certificate №856 / 05-9 / 2-14 of 14.02.2014r.) in the DBU "Volyn Regional Center for Investment and Development" (certificate №26 / 01-03-06 from 14.02.2014r.) and the activities of the Volyn Chamber of Commerce (help №19-22 / 01-3 / 498 of 21.04 .2014r.) in the research topic Lutsk NTU "Mechanisms of formation of regional integration in terms of sustainable development" (state registration №0112U000288) (Reference №773-20-35 of 22.04.2014r.).
