Bilyk O. Ecological economic principles of region competitiveness increase

The aim of the dissertation research is on the foundating theoretical positions and working of practical recomandations with foundating ecological and economical principles of increase competitivness Ukrainian regions. Methods: method of historicism, method of logical generalization, synthesis, analysis and compare, economic-statystic methods, economic-mathematics methods, and program-target methods. Results: proposed calculation of integral index harmony ecological and economic competitive advantages;improved the essence of the concept of "competitiveness region", the concept of "ecological knowledge economy of the region", approach to the classification of the competitive advantages of the region methodology for evaluating regional competitiveness, approach to building competitiveness strategy regions of Ukraine, motivational factors that induce potential participants to join the ecological and economic cluster; received further elaborated classification of ecological and economic principles of competitiveness clusters in the region, typology of regions in terms of energy supply, energy and emissioness. Implementation: Lutsk National Technical University in the carrying out scientific research state budget themes: "Mechanisms of formation of regional integration in terms of sustainable development","Mechanisms for improving the competitiveness of regions of Ukraine", "Justification comprehensive program of tourism and recreation in cross-border regions" and also in teaching disciplines "Tourism organisation" , "Ecological menegments", "Regional economic". Results taken into practical use by the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the Economic Volyn Regional State Administration, Department of Environment of the Lutsk Council, Poliska Experimental Station of the National Research Center "Institute for Soil Science and Agricultural O.N. Sokolovsky", Volyn branch of state institution "Institute of Soil Ukraine."
