Essay

Dissertation is devoted to solving of the burning scientific and technical task of ensuring the reliability of functioning for pneumodrive of mobile transport mean while working with autonomous source of supply. It has been proved that the usage of petals of curvilinear type in pneumodrives with annular rotor with inner placement of pressing spring influences right the energy efficiency of the pneumodrive so as the change of air loss depends on contact pressure of cylinder petal in chief conjugation. The model of reliable process of pneumodrive work was developed; there have been determined main parameters and directions of increase of energy efficiency of the pneumodrive while the work with autonomous feed source. The law of distribution of working term for quickly wearing out elements was issued. Although, the methodology of calculations for main technical characteristics of the pneumodrive was elaborated, which expresses direct dependence from geometrical parameters of the working chamber, in particular from the radius of curvature of petals and the radius of rotor hoop ring. The economical substantiation of new suggested technical decisions had been given in the dissertation. The results of researches with expected economical effect of 90000 grn annually were implemented.
