Essay

Dissertation is devoted to carrying out a new relativistic approach to describe the energy and spectral characteristics of pion atoms based on the Klein-Gordon-Fock equation with optimized pion-N interaction optical potential and relativistic many-body perturbation theory with Dirac-Breit-Kohn-Sham zeroth approximation Hamiltonian and correct treating radiation, electron-screening, finite size, quadrupole deformation effects. It is carried out a calculating energy and spectral parameters for pionic atoms of nitrogen, caesium, holmium, tullium, ytterbium, lutecium, thallium, uran etc, including calculation of shifts, levels widths, because of the strong interaction, radiative, nuclear, electron-screening corrections.
