Essay

The thesis is dedicated to improving the wear resistance of steel parts welding using carbon fiber materials by the formation of the wear-resistant structures to work in dry or abrasive friction. It is experimentally set that the maximum wear resistance under dry friction showed samples of martensite - austenitic structure, and under abrasion friction showed samples of ledeburite structure obtained by cooling at low speeds weld metal. A method for determining the optimal surfacing modes depending on the required hardness and wear of high-coverage is developed.
