Harachko M. Economical aspects of land resources management at regional level

Thesis deals with the scientific and methodological fundamentals and development of practical recommendations for the formation of an effective system of land management of natural reserve fund and other nature protection purpose at the regional level. The necessity of carrying out of scientific research for determination of the real market value of the land resources under condition of the global financial crises and stagnation of the regional economy is proved. Involving of lands of nature reserve fund and other nature protection purpose in order to solve energy problems of regional economy under conditions of the transition to the land market is proposed.
