Essay

The thesis work was carried out a comprehensive systematic assessment of the environment for bioindication indicators in the steppe zone of Crimea at different levels of biological systems. Estimation of atmospheric emissions of harmful gases by gas analyzers showed excess amounts of emissions compared to the maximum allowable concentration for H2S and NO2 even at a distance of 500 m from pig and poultry farms, ie outside the buffer zones. Estimation of NH3 emissions into the atmosphere around the pig and poultry farms shows a significant excess emission of the gas outside the sanitary protection zone. It is shown that averages the percentage of mature seeds of Robinia pseudoacacia L. lake Sasyk 1.5 times lower than in the lake Donuzlav. This gives reason to believe that the atmosphere around the lake. Sasyk subject to heavy pollution emissions of harmful gases. According to studies, we have observed lower values of absolute values of the length of the Crimean pine needles of Pinus nigra L. in the investigated area around the lake Sasyk compared to other studied areas of the lake Donuzlav and lake Moinakskoye. According to a study found that in more polluted areas bundles of needles close together and a 10 cm shoot them more than the clean area. State of freshwater in the number E. coli (coli-index) shows a significant negative impact pig and poultry farms on water. Performance exceeds the standard value of ten times, giving rise to claim lack of effectiveness of the treatment plants and direct discharge of animal waste into the pond. Comparative characteristics of Daphnia survival in water without dilution and dilution of 1: 1000 clearly shows the negative impact of livestock facilities on the reservoir. Evaluation of the toxicity of soil around livestock facilities was conducted using watercress 50 samples in 3 replications. Of the 150 soil samples studied, only 4 petri dishes sprouted rare plants. While on soil monitoring sites was observed 90 - 100% germination of seeds. A set of measures that will significantly improve the overall environmental condition, especially recreational area, expand the irrigated area to guarantee farming, reduce man-made damage to the soil to improve the conditions of gardening and horticulture sectors, enhance social development of the region and so on.
