The thesis is devoted to the integrated study of the coexisting form of silicon and its distribution and migration between abiotic and biotic components in water bodies of different types. It was found that the ratio between dissolved and suspended silicon mainly depends on the nature of suspended matter. Among the compounds of dissolved silicon in water of the studied water bodies dominate the compound with molecular weight of not more than 0.2 kDa. Found that the most migration silicon in the "bottom sediments - water" system promotes change in pH is slightly acidic side.
