Essay

The object of research: the processes of diagnosing defects IM rotor. The purpose of research: Improving devices induction control system diagnostic features rationale, development methodological support to improve the reliability of diagnosis. Methods of research: finite element method; numerical optimization techniques; methods of experimental research. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: for the first time developed a three-dimensional mathematical model of the field "rotor induction motor - induction device monitoring and diagnostics (DMD)"; The system diagnostic features that can detect and identify typical under-developed and combined defects squirrel cage IM; improved rotor induction method of diagnosing IM; developed scientific methods of induction diahostyky; practical recommendations for the optimal choice of parameters DMD. Subject degree of introduction: experimental sstend used in teaching at the Department of Electromechanics "KPI"; experimental models and methodological support introduced in enterprises electromechanical profile. Effectiveness of implantation: materailno reduce input costs for diagnosis. Sphere of use: production, repair and maintenance of induction motors.
