Gulida M. Cell-tissue therapy in complex orthopedic treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

The dissertation paper thesis is dedicate to the solution of actual problems of traumatology and orthopedics , that has practical value - improving results of treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis by bioimplantation of the feto placental preparations in orthopedic complex. The research allowed to study the effect of "Рlacenta extraction" of "Сryothymus" and their combinations on cells of the synovial membrane of experimental animals, to demonstrate the feasibility of using of feto-placental preparations in the complex treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Developed and practically applied rational scheme of comprehensive orthopedic treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis by transplantation of "Рlacenta extract", depending on the stage, phase and the progress of the disease. The comparative analysis of the treatment results of the developed method showed the advantages of the proposed method.It is ascertainted that the proposed complex method of orthopedic treatment of patients with rheumatoid artyrt avoids early relapse contributes, promote preservation and restoration of articulation functions, improves functional results and quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
