This thesis is dedicated to the development of fractal spline model and its application to the recognition, reproduction and prediction of multiscale time series in the intelligent data processing systems. The object of research is the process of time-series analysis and synthesis. There are generalized methods for spline interpolation and spline approximation for a class of fractal splines that occur at multiple scales and allow for a small number of parameters and their linear dependence obtaining complex fractal curves.
