Essay

This thesis contains the investigation of deformation different types (tension + compression, tension) influence on crystallographic texture, properties of St1.03 12 (0.06% С, до 0.35% Mn, до 0.40%Si, ~ 0.025% S и P) steel and also the crystallographic texture non-homogeneities and properties through the thickness of the pipe steel 06Г2МТФБР (0,06% C, 1,5% Mn, 0,28% Si, 0,2% Ti, 0,27 %Mo, 0,66% V, 0,05% Nb) hot-rolled plate. To describe the texture there was selected the method of presenting the texture by means of texture integral characteristics (TIC) as it sufficiently completely describes the texture and allows determining the quantitative correlation between the texture and anisotropy of polycrystal properties in whole. Anisotropy of the elastic and plastic properties is characterized by fact that their maximum values correspond to directions which form the angles of ±~450 relatively to RD. Optimal strength and plasticity characteristics as well as the elastic properties are achieved in the studied steel sheets with AB 1-3 cycles deformation at room temperature. At low deformation velocities (< 0.017 mm/s), the damageability factor maximum is observed for RD±600 direction. At deformation velocities higher than 1 mm/s, the damageability factor curves pattern changes, and minimum is observed for RD±450 direction. While studying the non-homogeneities of the elastic and magnetic properties, texture and macroscopic stresses for depth of steel 06Г2МТФБР, it was found that they have the considerable non-homogeneities.
