The thesis is about solving following scientific problem pointed at developing of single, theoretically validated approach for process modelling of heat and humidity evaporating processes of liquid substance or solids sublimation into gaseous medium. Equations of state with virial coefficients for carbon tetrachloride and for gaseous mixture in which process evaporating (sublimation) for various substances and its components are developed.
