Prokhorova V. Organization-economic mechanism of forming the regional policy of socio-economic development in Ukraine.

The object of study - the formation of regional policy of socio-economic development in Ukraine in terms of effective use of social potential of the region. The aim is to develop a conceptual framework of organizational and economic mechanism of regional policy of socio-economic development, based on the effective use of social potential regions of Ukraine. Methods: structural and logical; historical analysis; generalization; multiple correlation analysis; statistical and graphical; systematic and synergetic approach; simulation program budgeting. Novelty - improved conceptual approaches to formation of organizational and economic mechanism of the regional policy of social and economic development through effective use of social potential regions of Ukraine; the methodical approach to the evaluation of socio-economic development of the region, suggested the use of integral indicator of social development of the regions of Ukraine; the main directions of improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of regional policy of socio-economic development; the practical significance of the results is that the theoretical and methodological positions, and conclusions expressed in the thesis can serve as a basis for solving theoretical and practical problems that arise during the formation of regional policy in Ukraine.
