In the thesis the problem is resolved study of effective conceptual approaches to the study of philosophical and methodological principles of legal science in context multiparadigmatic and postnonclassical. It is analyzed the prospects for the formation of non-classical types of thinking based on philosophical and methodological concepts. It is proved that the program rationale methodological principles of legal science form paradigm modern/postmodern, classical/nonclassical epistemological, concept of changing the types of scientific rationality. It is discovered and investigated postnonclassical features of modern law practice. The study is summed up that represented in national research efforts extrapolate theoretical and methodological ideas about the development of science within the classical, non-classical and postnonclassical types of scientific rationality to the field of legal knowledge and establish correlation between the types of scientific rationality and types of thinking are temporal and ill-founded.
