Essay

The thesis is devoted to research of cutting tools, cutters for finish processing, diagnose their condition and residual life prediction using computer vision systems. Identified and analyzed causes of insufficient quality diagnostics of forecasting and resource cutters for finishing. Investigated and improved registration processes and process sets of digital images of the current state of cutting with new laboratory and stands directly in the tool shop machine tool based on computer vision systems. Created new methods and classifiers for recognition of current forms and textures wear areas are to receive new diagnostic features of states, formation of combined dynamic models and 3D-models of cutting tool. Improved method for multiparameter predicting of failures instruments and residual life by using a dynamic model combined cutting of tools.
