Yadukha S. The economic mechanism of investment to address regional environmental concerns.

The thesis investigates the problem of investment in environmental protection regions of Ukraine. Scientific concept of the research is to develop a scientific and methodological approaches and scientific recommendations for the development and implementation of investment policy mechanism in transformation of market reforms.Current scientific views on the economic substance of investment in natural resource management to identify rational components of the formation mechanism of investment policy in the sphere of nature are summarized. Necessity of improvement of economic mechanisms for the management of complex ecological problems, which aims to create conditions for the development of both producers and citizens careful attitude to nature, was justified.Methodical approach to the development of the mechanism of formation of the investment climate on the basis of taking into account the factors influencing the amount of investment, favorable terms and preferential reasoning towards promoting investment activity was further developed. Method for detecting interdependencies of the flow of investments to the regions of Ukraine and the Environment and intensity of environmental protection, which is built on the basis of linear regression model, was developed and economic and mathematically justified; flow control investment of resources in the regions of Ukraine to address disproportionality their development has been developed.Theoretical and methodological approach to assess the effectiveness of environmental-oriented programs and decision-making at the regional level on the feasibility of their implementation has been developed. Functioning mechanism of compulsory environmental insurance, which is a process of relationship the parties and for social and economic effects of its implementation have been developed.
