The thesis is devoted to the justification of the system of theory and the development of practical recommendations as for the formation and functioning of the market of vegetable growing products. The paper summarizes theoretical approaches to defining the essence of the formation and functioning of the vegetable products market; the strategic directions of the vegetable products market in the relationship and interdependence of infrastructure elements are described; investment opportunities based on the stages of the country development, its export and import potential are discussed; the economic interests of the participants are grounded. The conceptual basis of the vegetable market development through the activation of technological production's renovation and logistics activities in the borders of cooperatives are grounded. The assessment methodology of status and trends of formation and functioning of vegetable products' market, consists of a comprehensive study of the basic elements of the market, taking into account the infrastructure components, interconnection and interdependence which allows to combine rational natural resources, manufacturing, marketing and innovation in order to establish effective levers of influence on the vegetable market's development in view of globalization changes is completed. The essence, prerequisites and priorities for the formation and functioning of the vegetable products market in the relationship of infrastructure elements, based on the imposition of joint activities complementary businesses, organizations and related geographical and functional features of government, academic institutions on a cluster basis, is defined. The scientific approach to the formation of vegetable products market products in the context of the economic interests of the participants is found. The way of improving its infrastructure elements are proposed. Its main idea is focused on expanding the range of safe vegetable production and reducing dependence on imports by strengthening market opportunities through the activation of technological renovation of production and development of organic vegetable production.
