Drobysheva O. Crisis management as a tool of bankruptcy prevention of indastrial enterprises under present-day conditions

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and develops practical recommendations to improve the effectiveness of crisis management and its tools on the industrial enterprises. The latent crisis characteristics and signs, profitability and liquidity crisis are defined and conceptual framework of crisis management is researched in the work. The necessity of crisis management on the domestic enterprises, not only amid the crisis, but also on continuing basis with a view of its prevention is proved. Procedure of detection and assessing the complexity of the crisis based on the use of the change of profit index necessary to identify the signs of latent crisis in the enterprise and objectively determine the need to implement preventive anti-crisis measures is proved and developed. To increase the effectiveness of crisis management the system of early detection of the crisis is improved. This system includes the dynamic solvency indicators and technology of their calculation which allows timely identify deteriorating solvency, impact of various activities on the loss of solvency level, to reveal the loss of solvency mechanism, and thus create an effective system of measures to avoid bankruptcy on preventive basis implementing the system of early prevention and reaction in a crisis.
