Avlasenko O. Problems of development of viticulture and winemaking in the regions of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to research of the regional winegrowing and winemaking issues and formulation of practical proposals according their development on scientific basis; the theoretical basis of functioning and development of winegrowing and winemaking in the region are researched, developed and deepened, the essence of basic concepts is defined, the structure and peculiarities of functioning of wine and winemaking industry in the Ukrainian regions are described, the factors that influence on quality of wine and winemaking industry products are identified; the comparative analysis and grouping of Ukrainian regions by the level of development of wine and winemaking industry is performed, the indexes of winegrowing functioning in the Republic of Moldova and Odessa region are analyzed, the trends, peculiarities and problems of development of wine and winemaking industry on the researched territories are defined; the simulated economic and mathematical model of cross-border cluster is created, the composition and structure of cluster of cross-border wine and winemaking industry is proposed, the scheme of forming of development strategy of wine and winemaking industry on the regional level is described, the approaches to the targeted strategy of industry management on the base of improving quality of wine and winemaking industry are developed, the algorithm of grounds of predictive scenarios of development of wine and winemaking industry in the regions.
