Petrovskyi M. Theoretical and methodological basis for the realization of the concept of sustainable development in the regions of Ukraine

In the thesis the theoretic and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the implementation of the concept of sustainable development in the regions of Ukraine are substantiated; global and regional concept of sustainable regional development is generalized and systematized, scientific approaches and models of sustainable development in the region are researched; the regularities and contradictions of sustainable regional development are defined, risks of implementation of the concept of sustainable development in the regions of Ukraine are established; effectiveness of progress towards sustainable development of Ukrainian regions is defined; methodical approach to diagnosis sustainability of regional development is developed and tested (on example of the regional economic Podolsk district), the economic and institutional conditions are outlined, and also the drivers of sustainable development Vinnitsa region are defined; a methodological tools of strategic goal-setting in the process of sustainable development policy and identifies regions of Ukraine are suggest, imperatives and priorities are defined, approaches to strategic regional planning are improved, organizational and economic support are unified, advice on the implementation of sustainable development in the region and adaptive tools of strategic sustainability management in the region are suggested.
