Essay

The object of a study - the office. The purpose of a study - to reduce costs for the organization of the office in conditions of fuzzy information by creation of new and well-known models and software systems of computer-aided design. Methods of the study: mathematical modeling and computer-aided design, fuzzy mathematics, discrete programming, multi-criteria evaluation and optimization. The theoretical and practical value of the work consists of improving the efficiency of the office design at the expense of the development of models for making design decisions in conditions of fuzzy information. Scientific novelty: 1) is for the first time developed the model of choosing the software and hardware, office equipment, taking into account the parameters of staff in conditions of fuzzy information in the early stages of the office design. They allow, unlike the to the well-known models, to make design decisions in conditions of fuzzy information based on quantitative and qualitative criteria, set the value of the membership functions obtained by the experts; 2) is for the first time developed the model of choosing the premises, taking into account the operational environment, software and hardware and office equipment, taking into account the parameters of staff in the final stages of the office design. They allow, unlike the well-known models, to make design decisions in conditions of fuzzy information with specified interval estimates, and provide an opportunity to get optimistic and pessimistic solutions depending on designed situations; 3) has been further developed the model of selection the space of the operating environment in conditions of fuzzy information based on quantitative and qualitative criteria, set the value of the membership functions obtained by the experts; 4) has been further developed the model of multi criteria evaluation and optimization in conditions of fuzzy information by spreading them on a new subject area - computer-aided office design. Work is inculcated in PLC "CORONA- SERVICE" and PLC "MARITIME AGENCY "CASSIOPEIA LTD." The results of the work are used in the educational process of Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University.
