Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of social-psychological factors of interpersonal relationships in pedagogical collective of The College of Arts. The main approaches to the study of interpersonal relations in social psychology were analyzed; features of interpersonal relationships in the pedagogical team and specificity of the teaching staff in general were described as well. It is proved that the main factors that form optimal interpersonal relationships in College' pedagogical team are: equivalent and equitable treatment to all members of the group; friendly attitude to each other; emotional cohesion, participation in joint activities, collegial leadership style etc. Among the factors that hinder the formation of optimal interpersonal relationships are: concentration of each of its members in their own interest, the manifestation of envy in the success of his colleagues, strife and recriminations, the desire to control the others, expectations of control and leadership on the part of others, unwillingness to take responsibility, authoritarian or passive leadership style.
