Dissertation for obtaining of candidate's degree of military sciences on speciality - 20.01.01 - military art. - National university of defence of Ukraine named of Ivan Chernyakhovsky, Kyiv, 2014. The research is devoted an analysis of disparities and contradictions which exist in practical activity of military fleets during economic activity protection at sea in the conditions of growth of terrorist and pirates forces actions at sea. The paper describe the dependence of efficiency of implementation of tasks for economic activity protection at sea from the degree of the forces operational using, which takes into account the time and spase indexes, quality indexes of functioning of objects of protection activity. With the use of the developed model and selected aggregatation of indexes of evaluation of efficiency is improved the methodical tecknics of evaluation of efficiency forces employment which allows to determine the degree of protection of state economic activity at sea. With methodical tecknics substantiated the recommendations for increasing of efficiency of forces employment.
