Essay

The object of research is the process of measuring humidity control of disperse heterogeneous dielectrics. The purpose of the work is the reliability increasing of the humidity control of dispersed heterogeneous dielectrics in real-time process to a normalized value that provides a thermogravimetric (laboratory) method. The methods are mathematical and physical simulation; theory of measuring transformation; control theory; theory of random processes and statistical mathematical methods; the methods of metrological certification and verification of non-standard measuring tools. The peculiarities of the object of control, the methods and tools of humidity control of dispersed heterogeneous dielectrics were analysed; the mathematical model of the control object was grounded; the mathematical model of the primary transmitter was proposed and theoretically substantiated; the high-frequency methods of measuring humidity control of dispersed heterogeneous dielectrics were formulated; the effect of non-informative parameters and constructive errors of the sensor on the accuracy of measurement results was researched; the methods of their compensation were proposed. The practical results are in the construction of a physical model of measuring humidity control; the metrological characteristics and reliability of the control were experimentally established; the algorithms for implementation of the proposed high-frequency methods of measuring humidity control was elaborated. The degree of implementation: the results of the thesis are introduced into the manufacturing process of PJSC "Litinskiy milk plant" (town Lityn, Vinnytsia region, Ukraine) and into the educational process of the Department of Theoretical Electrical Engineering and electrical measurements of Vinnytsia National Technical University. The sphere (area) of the use is the processing industry of the agro-industrial complex.
